Let's build together! We can synthesis research molecules either by following known literature procedures or using protocols provided by the client. If there is no published procedure then we will, if possible, design the synthesis route for the preparation of the desired materials.
Let us be your Lead Scientist for process development. We can optimize your provided standard protocol/procedures or we can design an improved route based on your requirements.
At Setareh Biotech, we can offer building blocks, starting materials, and derivatives of lead compounds. If you are looking for chemical products that are not available commercially, with specific composition or in unique quantities please give us a call.
Maintaining inventory is important for our customers so over 99% of all web listed products are in stock at any given time. We provide a very diverse product line for your needs.
Many of our products are packaged in the standard Industry-wide sizes, from microgram to gram units. But we also offer custom packaging, for a fee, based on our customers needs.
Along with our standard product line, we also offer a wide range of intermediate building blocks for your research needs. If you do not find an item you are looking for, dont hesitate to contact us.
Since most of our products are synthesized in-house, we are familiar with the long multi-step reactions that can go into making a single compound. If you need help with any or all of the steps along the way, contact us to see if we can help.
We offer Amine-Reactive Fluorophores; Bioconjugates; Biotin/Desthiobiotin; Buffers, Detergents; Caged Probes; Cell Analysis Kits; Cell stains; Click Chemistry; Enzyme Substrates; Fluorescent Mitochondrial Probes; Fluorescent Probes; Fluorescent/Non-Fluorescent Ion and pH Indicators; Fluorescent/Non-Fluorescent Lipids, Phospholipid Probes; Gel & Membrane Stains; Kits and Assays; Monomers; Natural Products and Their Fluorescent/None-Fluorescent Conjugates; Neurotransmitter receptors Probes; Nucleotides/Nucleosides; Protein Kinase Inhibitors (PKI); Quencher/Non-Fluorescent Probes; Reactive Probes and Related Products; Sensors; Steroids and Related Products
Biotinylated conjugated probes that react with Aldehydes and Ketones that contain reactive sites such as Free Amine (R-NH2), Aminooxy (R-ONH2) and Hydrazide/Hyrazine (R-CONHNH2 or R-NHNH2)
AlkyneBiotinylated conjugated probes that react with amines that contain reactive sites such as Free Acid (R-CO2H) or Succinimidyl Ester known as SE
AzideBiotinylated conjugated probe that is covalently attached to Phosphoethanolamine as strong amide bond (R-CONHR', which R=Biotin and R'=Lipid)
Non-Fluorescent ProbesCalcium Indicators are small molecules that can chelate calcium ions. All these molecules are based on an EGTA homologue called BAPTA (with exception of coelenterazines), with high selectivity for calcium (Ca) ions versus magnesium (Mg) ions. This group of indicators includes fura-2, indo-1, fluo-3, BTC, Rhod-2, etc. These dyes are generally used with the chelator carboxyl groups masked as acetoxymethyl esters, in order to render the molecule lipophilic and to allow easy entrance into the cell. Once the indicator is in the cell, cellular esterases will free the carboxyl and the indicator will be able to bind calcium.
Fluorescent Chloride IndicatorsFluorescent galactosidase substrates, such as coumarin, DDAO, Fluorescein, Resorufin, etc.
Beta-Glucosidase SubstratesFluorescent Phosphatase Probes such as DDAO, Fluorescein, MESG, etc.
phospholipaseFar red-fluorescent dye with excitation/emission maxima of ~646/659 nm
Enzyme SubstatesThese polymers have surfactant properties that make them useful in industrial applications. Among other things, they can be used to increase the water solubility of hydrophobic, oily substances or otherwise increase the miscibility of two substances with different hydrophobicities.leads to less stressful shear conditions for cells in reactors.
Labeled Amino Acids - Heavy IsotopesFluorescent probes such as Boronic acid conjugate for modification of vicinal diols of alcohole, as Aminooxy, hydrazide/Hydrazine counjugates for midification of Aldehyde/Ketone, as Free acid conjugate for modification of any molecules containing amino group, as Diazomethane for modification of any molecule containing any kind of free acid.
Probes for detecting Haloacetamide and Maleimide, etc.
