DEAC, SE is an activated, amine-reactive blue-fluorescent dye for the synthesis of blue-fluorescent biomolecules. The SE-activated ester is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine-containing biomolecules. DEAC conjugates are excited near 427 nm and emit near 478 nm.
