Bella Fluor 633 SE is an amine-reactive, far red-fluorescent dye that is optimally excited using a 633 nm laser line. Our BF 633 dye is water soluble and is fluorescent in aqueous solutions. High fluorescence quantum yield, photostability, and environmental insensitivity make BF 633 an ideal red-fluorescent label for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. Amine-reactive SE esters are ideal for reactions with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules. .
