Bella Fluor 488 Tyramide is a bright and photostable dye that is ideal for Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) techniques for enzyme-mediated detection of low-abundance target proteins. Our Bella Fluor 488 dye is optimally excited by a 488 nm laser line, water soluble and is brightly green-fluorescent. BF 488 is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. TSA signal amplification techniques afford ultrasensitive detection of low abundance targets in immunohistochemistry, neuron tracing, and enzyme-amplified flow cytometry. .
