EverFluor 558/568 Phalloidin conjugate is an orange-fluorescent, high-affinity probe for F-actin. Phalloidin is a naturally occurring bicyclic peptide mycotoxin with a very high binding affinity for F-actin from many species including plant and animal sources. EverFluor 558/568 Phalloidin is brightly fluorescent and highly selective for F-actin with very little non-specific staining. EverFluor 558/568 Phalloidin is useful to visualize and quantify cytoskeletal proteins and is compatible with many of our other fluorescent cellular probes in multicolor imaging applications. The excitation is near 558 nm and the fluorescent emission is near 569 nm. .
