Tubulin Hunt Green Kit is a complete kit that is used for fluorescent-green staining of polymerized tubulin proteins in live cells. This kit is comprised of our green-fluorescent Forest Green 488 Taxol, bis-acetate conjugate (Component A) and a solution of Pluronic F-127, a nonionic, surfactant polyol, in DMSO (Component B). Pluronic F-127 may aid in the solubilization of water-insoluble dyes and other materials in physiological media in preparation for live-cell staining. Tubulin Hunt Green is useful for investigating the distribution of tubulin and quantifying tubulin content of live cells. .
