EverFluor 576/589 SE is a bright, red-fluorescent, amine-reactive dye for synthesis of red-fluorescent biomolecules. The SE group is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine-containing biomolecules. EverFluor 576/589 is optimally excited at 576 nm, non-ionic, and is relatively environment and pH insensitive. The resulting EverFluor 576/589 labeled conjugates are brightly fluorescent in both aqueous and lipid environments. .
