EverFluor R6G, Acid, SE is an activated, amine-reactive, yellow-fluorescent dye for synthesis of yellow-fluorescent biomolecules. EverFluor R6G is optimally excited at 528 nm, non-ionic, and is relatively insensitive to environmental and pH changes. The NHS activated ester (SE) is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers, and other amine-containing biomolecules. The resulting EverFluor R6G-labeled conjugates are brightly fluorescent in both aqueous and lipid environments. .
