This probe is a mixture of 6 possible products (3 distinct products and 3 from mixed isomers of 5-(6)-BCECF). Cell-permeant, dual-excitation ratiometric pH indicator BCECF, AM that, on hydrolysis by cytosolic esterases, yields the intracellularly trapped pH-indicator BCECF. Allows simultaneous recording of cell volume changes and intracellular pH in single osteosarcoma cells. .
