EverFluor FL Cholesterol is a green-fluorescent analog of cholesterol where the terminal, alkyl tail of cholesterol is replaced with our brightly fluorescent EverFluor FL dye. This highly lipophilic, live-cell membrane probe is useful for investigations of lipid transport processes and lipid-protein interactions. EverFluor FL dye is optimally excited near 503 nm with fluorescence emission near 511 nm, non-ionic, and is relatively insensitive to environmental and pH changes. .
