Bella Fluor 430, SE is an amine-reactive, green-fluorescent dye. Our BF 430, SE dye is relatively insensitive to pH changes between pH 4 and pH 10. Bella Fluor 430, SE is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules. Bella Fluor 430, SE is water soluble and brightly green fluorescent in aqueous solvents. Bella Fluor 430 conjugates are more photostable and have a brighter fluorescence than similar short wavelength labels.
