Bella Fluor 568 NHS Ester is an amine-reactive, orange-fluorescent dye that is optimally excited using a 568 nm laser line. Our BF 568 dye is water soluble and brightly fluorescent in aqueous solutions.  Amine-reactive NHS esters are ideal for reactions with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules. High fluorescence quantum yield, photostability, and environmental insensitivity make BF 568 an ideal orange-fluorescent label for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. .
