Bella Fluor 350 Hydrazide is an aldehyde and ketone-reactive analog of our blue-fluorescent BF 350 dye. Hydrazides are useful for labeling and detection of polysaccharides and glycoproteins. In addition, BF 350 Hydrazide may also be used as a polar tracer dye for long-term cell labeling, and following cell division, cell lysis, or liposome fusion. Bella Fluor 350 may be excited by a UV laser, is water soluble and is brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents. .
