Bella Fluor 568 Carboxylic Acid is an amine-reactive, carboxylate analog of our orange-fluorescent Bella Fluor 568 dye that is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. Bella Fluor 568 carboxylic acid is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules when used with a coupling agent like the water soluble carbodiimide, EDAC. Bella Fluor 568 is optimally excited by a 568 nm laser line, water soluble and brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents. .
