Bella Fluor 546 SE is an amine-reactive, yellow-fluorescent dye that is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. Our Bella Fluor 546 dye is relatively environmentally insensitive and insensitive to pH changes between pH 4 and pH 10. Bella Fluor 546 SE is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules. Bella Fluor 546 may be excited by a 532 nm laser line, is water soluble and is brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents. .
