Fluorescein phalloidin conjugate is a green-fluorescent phallotoxin derivative with a high affinity for F-actin. Fluorescein phalloidin useful visualize and quantify cytoskeletal proteins in multicolor imaging. Fluorescein phalloidin is excited near 495 nm and has a fluorescence emission near 515 nm. .
