DMACA, SE is a short-wavelength, blue-fluorescent, amine-reactive dye for the synthesis of blue fluorescent biomolecules. The SE ester is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine-containing biomolecules. DMACA, SE is optimally excited near 375 nm with fluorescence emission near 470 nm. .
