BF 405 SE is an amine-reactive, blue-fluorescent dye that is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where brightness and photostability are critical. BF 405 SE is optimally excited using a 405 nm violet laser line. Our Bella Fluor 405 dye is water soluble, brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents, and pH insensitive between pH 4 and pH 10. Amine-reactive SE esters are ideal for reactions with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules. .
