BF 488 5(6)-Acid, SE, 2Li is an amine-reactive, green-fluorescent dye that is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. Bella Fluor 488 is optimally excited by a 488 nm laser line, water soluble and brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents. Our amine reactive SE esters are ideal for reactions with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules.
