Description
BF 594 Acid is an amine-reactive, carboxylate analog of our red-fluorescent Bella Fluor 594 dye that is ideal for imaging and flow cytometry applications where label brightness and photostability are critical. Our Bella Fluor 594 dye is relatively environmentally insensitive and insensitive to pH changes between pH 4 and pH 10. BF 594 carboxylic acid is reactive with primary amines on peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides, biopolymers and other amine containing biomolecules when used with a coupling agent like the water soluble carbodiimide, EDAC. Bella Fluor 594 is optimally excited by a 594 nm laser line, water soluble and brightly fluorescent in aqueous solvents. Please see related products below at the bottom of this page.
