Description

BzRes is a fluorogenic substrate for animal, plant, fungal and bacterial Cytochrome P450 monooxygenases. Fluorogenic alkyl ether substrates are used to differentiate the various isozymes of the CYP450 system. BzRes is essentially non-fluorescent until enzymatic activity cleaves the benzyl ether. Enzymatic activity is detected by fluorescence with an excitation near 571 nm and fluorescence emission near 585 nm. Please see other related products at the bottom of this page.
