Description

Rh 110 bis-(L-phe, TFA) is a fluorogenic peptidase substrate. Rh 110 bis-(L-phe, TFA) is non-fluorescent and colorless until enzymatic activity results in cleavage of one of the amide bonds converts the non-fluorescent bis-amide substrate into a fluorescent monoamide product. Additional enzymatic activity results in the highly fluorescent diamine product. Enzymatic activity is detected by fluorescence with an excitation near 492 nm and emission near 523 nm.
