Description
MANT-cAMP is a fluorescent analog of cAMP, a vital intracellular signaling molecule and a key regulator of mammalian cell proliferation and differentiation. MANT-cAMP has been used for investigations of cyclic nucleotide binding proteins, type I cAMP-dependent protein kinases (PKA I) and cAMP-specific PDE (phosphodiesterase) activity.
